Here are some basic steps when trying to fix certian problems with controllers/timers"
- Make sure you understand electrical safety!
- Check the fuses and breakers
- Check the incoming power
- Dry cycle the machine in "No-Weld"
- Check the input devices
- Check the output devices
- Ensure the times are "Exact"
- Measure the % Current vs. kAmps output for linearity
- Special Note: If the timer is over 10 years old just replace it with something new
